So today is packing day. I leave on Saturday, so that is 4ish days from now. I really have not planned everything out and I'm still not sure what I can fit into my suitcase. I have to pack a lot of clothes because three weeks is a long time. I'm a little nervous about leaving everything behind but I think everyone can handle a few weeks without me haha. They need a break. I know i am going to be missing out on so much but I know that costa rica will keep me busy.
So the first week I am staying in Monteverde with mi mama Yorleny, mi papa Silverio, and their children Ana Ruth who is 11 years old and Jonathan Jafet who is only 3 years old.
The next week we take a long car trip down to Heredia which is right by San Jose. My family their has a mom named Ana Margartia and her husband Gustavo. They have a son named Mauricio who is 7 and a daughter named Sofia who is only 5 years old. I will stay with this family for 2 weeks! A new day
I have decided to make a blog because soon I will be traveling to Costa Rica and I want to document everything that happens! I'm very excited to go and I know my trip is going to be loads of fun. I'm planning on traveling with a group from school and my spanish teacher. We will be gone for a total of three weeks, and in that time we will be living at two different houses. We are supposed to go on many outdoor adventures like a zip line and horseback riding (which is what im looking forward to the most). I sad about leaving everything behind but i know when i get back i will have so much more experience in growing up.
I'm going with no real idea of what's going to happen but i think that makes it that more exciting!
